1. To remove a keycap, gently place the keycap puller around the keycap and pull straight up.
2. To remove a switch, use the switch puller to grip the top and bottom clips of the switch and pull upwards.
3. To install a new switch, align the pins with the sockets and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
