2. Adjusting Tripod Height (One-Step Adjustment)

1. Locate the flip-lock latches on each leg section.

3. Hold the side handle of the tripod.
4. Move the tripod legs up or down to achieve your desired height. The tripod can be adjusted from a minimum height of 26.2 inches (66.5 cm) to a maximum height of 70.9 inches (180 cm).
5. Once the desired height is reached, secure the flip-lock latches firmly on each leg section.

3. Attaching the Camera to the Quick Release Plate

1. Ensure the quick release plate is detached from the fluid head. If attached, press the QR plate release button and slide it out.
2. Attach the quick release plate to the bottom of your camera or camera rig using the appropriate screw (1/4" or 3/8"). Tighten securely.
3. With the quick release plate attached to your camera, slide the plate into the fluid head from the side until it clicks into place.
4. Use the twist lock mechanism on the fluid head to further secure the plate and prevent accidental release.

4. Using the Ground Spreader and Feet
