3. تیاری

• Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
• For best results, lightly abrade smooth surfaces to improve adhesion.
• Protect surrounding areas from overspray using masking tape or drop cloths.

3.2 Product Preparation

• Shake the can thoroughly for at least 10-15 seconds before use and periodically during application to ensure proper mixing.
• Test the spray pattern on a scrap piece of material to familiarize yourself with the variable-width lace spray.

4.2 Bonding Polyethylene and Polypropylene

For optimal adhesion to challenging plastics like polyethylene and polypropylene, ensure surfaces are exceptionally clean and dry. Apply a medium-to-heavy coat of adhesive to both surfaces. Allow sufficient open time (5-10 minutes) for the adhesive to become very tacky before joining. Apply firm, even pressure.

5. Cleanup and Storage

5.1 Post-Application Cleanup

• To prevent clogging, invert the can after each use and spray for a few seconds until only propellant comes out. Wipe the nozzle clean with a cloth.
• Excess adhesive can be removed with a citrus-based cleaner or mineral spirits, following the cleaner manufacturer's instructions.
