This manual provides instructions for the proper use and care of your Salter 1046 RDDR Digital Kitchen Scales. 1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scales.

Unit Conversion (g/oz/lb)

The scales can display measurements in grams (g), ounces (oz), or pounds (lb).

Add & Weigh (Tare Function)

The Add & Weigh function allows you to measure multiple ingredients consecutively in the same bowl without emptying it.

1. Place the first ingredient (or an empty bowl) on the scales. Note its weight.

Liquid Measurement (Aquatronic™)

The scales feature Aquatronic™ technology, allowing for the measurement of liquids in millilitres (ml) or fluid ounces (fl.oz).

1. Turn on the scales and ensure the display shows '0'.

3. Place the liquid in a container on the scales. The volume will be displayed.
