Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation to ensure safe and efficient use of your VEVOR Stainless Steel Utility Sink.
- Always wear protective gloves during installation to prevent injury from sharp edges.
- Ensure the sink is placed on a stable, level surface. Adjust the leveling feet as necessary.
- Do not use corrosive fluids or strong acid/alkali liquids for cleaning, as this may damage the stainless steel surface.
- Verify all connections, especially water and drain lines, are secure and leak-free before use.
- Keep children away from the sink during assembly and operation.

Follow these steps to assemble your utility sink. It is recommended to have two people for certain assembly stages

Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Keep all packaging materials until assembly is complete.

Attach the legs to the workbench frame. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened. The lower shelf can be installed at this stage or after the sink is in place.

3.3. Installing the Sink and Workbench
Place the stainless steel sink and workbench top onto the assembled frame. Secure it using the provided fasteners. Ensure the sink bowl is correctly oriented (left single bowl for this model).

3.4. Faucet Installation
Install the included 304 stainless steel faucet into the designated hole on the sink. Connect the hot and cold water lines to the faucet. Note: Inlet hoses for the faucet need to be purchased separately.

3.5. Drain Assembly
Assemble the multi-layer sealed drain and install it into the sink bowl. Connect the thickened PP drain pipe. Ensure the removable filter basket is in place to prevent clogs.

3.6. Adjusting Legs
Adjust the adjustable table legs to ensure the sink is stable and level on uneven surfaces. Rotate the feet clockwise or counter-clockwise until stability is achieved.

4.1. Water Usage
The 304 stainless steel faucet provides both hot and cold water. Rotate the faucet 360° to direct water flow as needed. The ceramic valve core allows for precise control of water temperature and flow.
4.2. Workbench Functionality
The integrated workbench offers ample space for food preparation, cutting, and temporary storage. The design includes a knife storage area for convenience and safety, and an open storage space at the bottom for cleaning tools or other accessories.

5.1. Cleaning the Sink
Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the appearance and longevity of your stainless steel sink. Wipe with a dry cloth after each use to prevent water spots and mineral buildup. For general cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool, which can scratch the surface.

5.2. Preventing Clogs
Regularly empty and clean the removable filter basket in the drain to prevent food and debris from accumulating and causing clogs. The thickened PP drain pipe is designed for efficient drainage, but proper maintenance of the filter basket is key.
