Firmware updates can be performed using the ETHOS Suite for compatible radios, or by downloading the latest firmware file from the FrSky website to your device's SD card and flashing it via the bootloader menu.
Navigate to the 'RF System' menu on your transmitter, select 'RANGE' mode to reduce power output, and walk away from your model to verify control linkage. Ensure the model is at least 60cm above the ground during the test.
