• How do I connect the Nimly Connect Module to my smart home?

  Install the Connect Module onto the circuit board of your Nimly lock's inside unit, ensure the batteries are inserted, and wait for the module to automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing blue and orange LEDs). Run the 'nimly connect' app or your preferred smart home gateway application to finalize the pairing.

• Can I use Nimly smart locks without a Wi-Fi gateway?

  Yes. You can use the lock manually using fingerprints, personalized codes, and key tags. Additionally, newer Connect Modules support Bluetooth (BLE), which allows you to create and share digital keys via the Unloc app without needing a network gateway.

• What happens if the batteries die on my Nimly lock?

  Nimly locks come equipped with a mechanical emergency key override. Always store your provided emergency keys outside your home to ensure mechanical access in case of an emptied battery, component failure, or similar emergencies.

• How do I reset my Nimly smart lock or Connect Module?

  To reset the Connect Module, hold down the reset button for up to 15 seconds until the LED starts blinking rapidly, then release immediately. Keep in mind that manually registered master and user codes (slots 001-049) may be deleted during gateway pairing and reset procedures.
