Open the charging case to enter pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for your DIZO device model to connect. To factory reset the earbuds, long-press both earbuds or the charging case button for 10 seconds.
Most DIZO smartwatches use the DIZO App, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). You can also scan the QR code located on the watch screen or user manual during setup.
